Hyperity Corp.(이하 "회사")는 Korean Tutor·English Tutor(이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.
회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 법령에 근거하거나 이용자의 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

서비스는 Google Firebase 등 국외 클라우드 인프라를 이용하므로 이용자의 개인정보가 국외 서버에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다.
회원 정보 및 학습 기록은 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보는 내부 방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정 또는 아래 개인정보보호책임자 연락처를 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴 시 계정 및 관련 개인정보가 삭제됩니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 서비스는 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다.
서비스는 통계·분석 및 식별을 위해 기기 식별자 등을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 기기 설정(광고 추적 제한 / 식별자 재설정)을 통해 이를 거부하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.
회사는 접근 권한 관리, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS), 접근 통제 등 합리적인 보안 조치를 시행합니다.
서비스 이용 중 발생한 개인정보 보호 관련 문의·불만·피해구제는 위 연락처로 신고할 수 있습니다.
본 방침의 내용 변경 시 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
Hyperity Corp. ("we", "us", or "the Company") operates Korean Tutor and English Tutor (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
We share data with the following processors solely to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

The Service relies on cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Firebase) that may store and process your data on servers located outside your country, including the United States. Recipients include Google LLC, Apple Inc., and Meta Platforms, Inc.
We delete your account information and learning records without undue delay upon account deletion or once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g. records of payments and contracts may be retained for up to 5 years under Korean e-commerce law; access logs for 3 months).
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time via in-app settings or the contact below. Deleting your account removes your account and associated personal data. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.
We may use device identifiers for analytics and identification. You can limit or reset these through your device settings (e.g. Limit Ad Tracking / reset advertising identifier).
We apply reasonable safeguards including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
We will post any changes to this policy on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or notify you in-app.
