본 약관은 Hyperity Corp.(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Korean Tutor·English Tutor(이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자 및 사유를 명시하여 사전 공지합니다. 이용자가 변경 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 Apple · Google · Facebook 소셜 로그인 또는 익명 로그인을 통해 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 계정 정보의 관리 책임을 지며, 계정의 부정 사용을 인지한 경우 즉시 회사에 통지해야 합니다.
회사는 연중무휴 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하나, 시스템 점검·교체, 통신 장애, 천재지변 등 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 종료할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 사전 공지합니다.
서비스 및 그에 포함된 학습 콘텐츠·디자인·소프트웨어에 대한 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 서비스를 통해 제공되는 콘텐츠를 개인적·비상업적 학습 목적 외에 복제·배포·전송·2차적 저작물 작성 등에 이용할 수 없습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 회사는 학습 효과나 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책, 제3자 서비스(앱 마켓·소셜 로그인 등)의 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정을 통해 회원 탈퇴(이용계약 해지)를 할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 계정 및 관련 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms govern your use of Korean Tutor and English Tutor (the "Service") provided by Hyperity Corp. ("we", "us", or "the Company"), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and us.
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. We may amend them to the extent permitted by law, and will give prior notice stating the effective date and reason. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may terminate your use of the Service.
You may use the Service via Apple, Google, or Facebook social sign-in, or via anonymous sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We strive to provide the Service without interruption, but may suspend all or part of it for maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give prior notice of material changes.
All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content, design, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from the content except for personal, non-commercial study.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of learning outcomes or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our control, including force majeure, your own fault, or failures of third-party services (app stores, social sign-in, etc.).
You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings; upon deletion your account and related personal data are handled per our Privacy Policy. We may restrict use or terminate the agreement, after notice, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent court determined under applicable law.
